Designed for fixed installations, the FSC range of duct grade or armoured Cat 6 cables have heavy jackets of polyethylene to protect against moisture and give the cables extra strength.
External Cat 6 cables are ideal for running through ducts, up the side of a building or up masts. The armoured version is great for direct burial or vandal-plagued installations.
These cables are supplied on drums.
Please note the armouring and oversheathing process can sometimes affect the performance of the cable. If your installation is likely to require optimum performance please check before installing to ensure it meets your requirement.
